DAY 1
Saturday: Welcome to Rome
Arrival at Rome “Leonardo da Vinci” Fiumicino Airport.
Own transfer to our hotel in central Rome.
Afternoon at leisure.
Dinner in a traditional Roman restaurant. (At own expense)
DAY 2
Sunday: Historic Rome Walking Tour
After breakfast, guided city tour including the Roman Forum, Trajan’s Market, Trajan’s Forum, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona.
Dinner in a typical Roman restaurant. (At own expense)
DAY 3
Monday: Vatican & Transfer to Sorrento
Morning guided tour of the Vatican Museums.
Check-out by 1:00 PM and transfer by private mini-bus to Sorrento (approx. 4 hours).
Check-in to hotel and enjoy a walking orientation of Sorrento’s Old Town.
Dinner in a local restaurant. (At own expense)
DAY 4
Tuesday: Amalfi Coast & Mozzarella + Pizza Experience
Day trip along the Amalfi Coast with stops in Ravello, Amalfi, and other scenic villages.
Evening farm visit to watch mozzarella-making and enjoy a hands-on Neapolitan pizza-making experience. (At own expense)
DAY 5
Wednesday: Positano by Boat
Morning boat transfer to Positano for shopping and beach time.
Return to Sorrento mid-afternoon.
Dinner in a family-owned trattoria. (At own expense)
Optional evening show at Sorrento Theatre. (At own expense)
DAY 6
Thursday: Pompeii & Mount Vesuvius
Visit to Pompeii with private English-speaking guide.
Continue to Mount Vesuvius for a winery visit, light lunch, and wine tasting. (Included)
Dinner in Sorrento. (At own expense)
DAY 7
Friday: Private Capri Boat Tour
Private boat tour to the Island of Capri. Enjoy a village walk and swim in the Mediterranean.
Light snack onboard. (Included)
Evening free for personal plans in Sorrento.
DAY 8
Saturday: Arrival in Tuscany
Check-out and transfer to Tuscany (Chianti Region) by private bus.
Check-in to our villa “Villa Rosa” (or similar).
Relaxing afternoon followed by a welcome poolside dinner with food prepared by Lele and Luca. (Included)
DAY 9
Sunday: Radda in Chianti & Cooking Class
Morning visit to Radda in Chianti and the Chianti Classico Museum.
Lunch in the monks’ refectory. (At own expense)
Afternoon hands-on Tuscan cooking class with the “Tutti a Tavola” ladies.
Dinner featuring the dishes you prepared. (Included)
DAY 10
Monday: Monteriggioni & San Gimignano
Morning visit to Monteriggioni. Light lunch at a local osteria. (At own expense)
Afternoon in San Gimignano with time to explore and enjoy world-famous gelato from Dondoli Gelateria.
Dinner at a local wine bar en route back to the villa. (At own expense)
DAY 11
Tuesday: Siena, Pienza & Montepulciano
Morning guided tour of Siena including the Duomo, San Domenico, and Santa Caterina.
Afternoon scenic drive through the Crete Senesi.
Visit Pienza and Montepulciano with wine tasting. (Included)
Dinner featuring handmade pici pasta. (At own expense)
DAY 12
Wednesday: Leisure & Winemaker's Dinner
Free morning to relax at the villa or shop in Radda.
Evening visit to Fattoria Le Fonti winery (owned by Luca’s family).
Winemaker’s dinner with wine pairing. (Included)
DAY 13
Thursday: Florence Day Trip
Morning private guided walking tour of Florence including Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria.
Optional visit to the Uffizi Gallery.
Free afternoon for shopping.
Dinner at a local restaurant on the return journey. (At own expense)
DAY 14
Friday: Chianti Classico Tour & Farewell Dinner
Visit Greve and Panzano in Chianti.
Lunch at “Antica Macelleria Cecchini” with the Celebrity Butcher, Dario. (At own expense)
Evening surprise farewell dinner party by the pool. (Included)
DAY 15
Saturday: Departure
Early breakfast and private transfer to Florence Airport for your onward flight.

Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances, except the tour is cancelled because minimum number is not reached. The tour requires a minimum of 12 participants. If minimum numbers are not reached the tour will be cancelled and participants will receive full payment reimbursement. Once the tour has been confirmed, no refunds will be made under any circumstances for any unused sectors or sections.· if the reason for a client cancellation is covered by the client insurance policy, the client will be able to make a claim under that policy.
